Embodied Movement & Mindful Rest

Come Home
to Yourself.

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, move faster and stay busy, my classes offer an invitation to soften and move differently. Reconnect with your natural rhythm through embodied movement, pranayama, slow Hatha flows that build strength and stability, and the grounding practice of Yin yoga.

About Serena

Rooted in returning to the body, breath & natural rhythms.

Hello, my name is Serena. I am a Yoga teacher and Neuro Physiotherapist. My approach to yoga is rooted in returning — to the body, to a more natural rhythm and, ultimately, to ourselves.

Yoga first came into my life over a decade ago, when I was looking for ways to support my own hormonal health and feel more connected to my body. What began as a physical practice gradually became something much deeper. Through my own experience, I began to appreciate the importance of listening to the body, honouring its changing needs and recognising that, as women, we are cyclical by nature.

As I became more connected to my own natural rhythms, I was drawn towards the Celtic Wheel and its connection to the changing seasons and cycles of nature — something that now gently informs and inspires my practice and teaching.

My background in neurological physiotherapy has given me a deep appreciation for movement and the connection between body and breath. Yoga has deepened this understanding, offering a practice of union — bringing together the breath, body and mind to cultivate greater awareness, presence and connection.
